MY FITNESS JOURNEY

My fitness journey is unique because I started underweight, I built my physique from the ground up. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs in my journey, but fully committed to my fitness journey in 2019. 

I created my fitness account on Tik Tok in 2020 to hold myself accountable for my progress, which led to inspiring over 300 thousand people. (and growing) The more I noticed my impact to help motivate others, the more I found the motivation for myself. 

As I continued to grow my interest and love for fitness, I decided to take a step further with my education and become a Certified Personal Trainer. In May 2023, I passed the NASM CPT Final Exam. 

Since then, I have had the privilege to share my knowledge with others, and uplift them during the process.

Watching my clients transform both physically and mentally is what drives me, and I take pride in being a part of their journey towards a healthier, stronger version of themselves.
